Problem : Pre Cast Compound Wall Re Work - Without Beam / Column & Footing:

Lack of proper footing / Pile Foundation make the compound posts & slabs (Ready Made-Pre Cast) tilt & fall down on sand low lying side

Rectification Method:


  1. 6' Depth hole with size 1'x1' to be made
  2. 10mm rods 4nos to be fixed in it
  3. 06mm rods to be used for stirrups @ 8" interval
  4. Upto 4' depth RCC to be done (3/4 Jally, Sand & Cement)
  5. Balance 2' on top must be kept open for Ready Made Post erection inside 4 rods & then RCC to be done 
  6. Every 10' Compound Post must be joint free 
  7. Continuous compound walls makes crack in joints & not advisable 
  8. Labour for pile foundation Rs70 per feet upto 6' = Rs420/hole
