Recently finalized a tenant (Who doesn't see Vaasthu aspects) for one of our properties!
Anyhow, Make sure the below basics are adopted,

- Never have Toilets in North East
- Tallest Point of the building must be in South West
- Sump best location is in North East
- Water Storage Tank for any building suitable on South West
- Never have Toilets on South West
Remedies:
- If you can't relocate the toilets from North East, then make sure the bathing alone is done and remove the EWC/IWC
- If The head room / Tallest point is not in South West, then us a mild fabrication work to form a pillar looking like a cell phone tower (this is to bring height level to top) and place a pyramid on top of it
When you Rent a building, the tenants will look for the above, as their living / business / health / Finance must be always GLORIFYING
